www.parentfirstaid.ie and www.parentfirstaid.co.uk website (the “Website”) is owned and operated by Peter Finnegan, Business Owner.  All of the goods/services on this website are offered by Parent First Aid (“we/us”) which will be the contracting party for any order that you place.

These Terms and Conditions of sale apply to all transactions for the sale of goods on the website.  Please read them carefully.  They do not affect your statutory rights.

We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time.  Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted on the Website.

All our orders are delivered via An Post.  Orders under 500g (small or large envelope) will be sent by standard post and orders over 500g will be sent by express An Post which is next day delivery.

Delivery Charges in Ireland & Northern Ireland are €3.95 for the first aid booklet and all other products are €5.95 (all charges will be highlighted in the cart section of our shop).

We are happy to exchange or refund goods if returned within 14 days of purchase and provided that they remain unused, unopened, in their original condition and packaging with all materials, manuals and accessories intact. All returns must be accompanied by a valid receipt

We are committed to protecting your privacy.  Authorized employees within the company (Parent First Aid) on a need to know basis only use any information collected from individual customers.  We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers.  No information is passed onto a third party.

The data you provide to us is protected using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. SSL is the industry standard method of encrypting personal information and credit card details so that they can be securely transferred over the Internet.
